The crew for the historic Artemis II lunar flyby, set to launch in November 2024, has been revealed. Astronauts NASA’s Reid Wiseman, Victor Glover, and Christina Koch, alongside Jeremy Hansen of the Canadian Space Agency, will lead the mission, marking the first crewed moon mission in five decades.

Wiseman, Glover, Koch, and Hansen bring a wealth of experience to the mission, with Wiseman serving as the mission commander. This significant milestone paves the way for humanity’s journey to Mars, as described by Glover during the announcement at NASA Johnson Space Center in Houston.

The Artemis II mission, following the successful Artemis I uncrewed test mission, will aim to explore deep space, with the crew journeying beyond the moon. The mission is expected to last about 10 days and will culminate in a splashdown landing in the Pacific Ocean.

This mission is a part of the Artemis program, showcasing NASA’s commitment to advancing space exploration, with plans to return humans to the moon and eventually send the first humans to Mars. Our company is proud to be a part of supporting such groundbreaking endeavors while offering efficient and effective financing solutions to empower businesses to thrive.
